Print popup window scripts is not working in window server in Chrome browser
Hi All,
Pega support team provided the scripts to call the print popup window(Save button) and Save As(Filename) window in Chrome browser. The script is working fine in Windows10 machine but not working in Windows Server environments.
If anyone have come across with such issue, please let me know.

@Kannan-PEGA I don't have access to a server to test on. I would suggest that you open a support case as someone from support might be able to assist via a screen sharing session. You will likely need Inspect or Accessibility Insights For Windows installed on that machine to look at the controls available.

@ThomasSasnett Thanks for your reply.
We are using UISpy tool to find the control. All the controls are available in the Windows10 machine but in Windows server(Windows Server 2012R2) some of the controls are not visible.(ex: Save button, Cancel button etc..). In this case scripts are working fine in Windows10 machine but not working in Windows Server instance due to unavailability of controls.

We already open the ticket(INC-186414) and Pega support team provided the scripts to handle the popup window but the scripts is not working in Window server. Can you please check and let me know if any additional information.

@Kannan-PEGACould that be because the app is running as a different user (or with elevated permissions)?

Just wanted to check the solution was developed in "Windows Server 2012 R2" environment or Windows 10 environment? Ideally, both the development environment and runtime environment should be similar in OS and other S/W installed. Can you develop the solution in a Windows 2012 R2 environment and deploy it on the server and see if the issue is resolved?
