Preview when creating a correspondence is not working
Hi,
We need guidance with this issue: When we click the preview button while we are creating a correspondence, it is not working.
You may see attached screenshot for reference.
Please advise.

Hi Darwin,
It will work fine but i didnt get why its not showing. Please create new correspondence and it again. It will work fine in the latest versions.
Please attach screenshots if you are getting errors.

Are rules included are available? What is exception you are observing, please post a screenshot.
Try previewing any OOTB corr rule, to verify.

Thanks for your response, but as per checking there are no exceptions when i click the preview button.

is it happening with all correspondance rule or only this one ?
If it is happening with only this one then try deleting the referenced rule and see that makes any difference or not.
Most of the time , if your referenced rules are not available then correspondance failed to show them during preview .

Im using PRPC 6.3 on Internet Explorer 11

In Pega 7,under actions preview is available. In Pega 6, there is an icon to preview.Run the tracer and click on it to identify where its failing.
