I have a requirement that,I have 3 case types A,B and C and 2 roles user and manager.User can access only case type A and he cannot access case types B and C where as manager can access only case types B and C he cannot access case type A.How to implement this can you please suggest any one.

You should be having to separate access groups for user and manager. In the access group of manager, there should be an access role specific to manager inside which you only provide the work classes of case types B and C, there should be no mention of A and its should not inherit from any role which has access for A. Perform a similar thing for user access group with access role specific to user which has access only to case type A.

Tried with this approach and also tried with the concept previlege.I have given the previlege for both user and manager roles of respective case types.And called that previlege rules in CreateForm_Default flows of each case types.But both approaches are not working I'm unable to hide the case types.All case types are getting visible.Can any one suggest me.
