Preparer And Reviewer Data matching approach
HI All,
We are currently building a flow for through which preparer will fill the details and submits the case to verifier.
Verifier will again fill the form same as preparer, and then submit the case during the post processing system should check for the data matching behaviour and should highlight at places where the data is wrong for the verifier screen to the preparer data.
I want to know what is the best approach to build the Screen and how we should do the data matching.
Case is been created from batch processing initially and then routed to preparer.

Are both preparer and verifier filling the same information in the form or different ? It would be helpful , if you can provide more details and sample usecase ?

Yes Both Preparer and Reviewer is filling the same form. Example: Bank Account opening form through the hard copy process. User Submits the hard copy form to bank, Then the Keyer takes that hard copy form and fill all the information in that in the case creation screen and then submits the form to the reviewer.
He than pass the same hard copy form to the Reviewer and he also resubmit all the information, now on reviewer submits system should do data matching and if there is data mismatch it should highlight all the mismatch fields, reviewer review the form if the issue is from preparer he should reassign it back.
