please let me know the resolution steps of HFIX-21003

com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: doWithRequestorOrThreadLocked could not obtain requestor instance from H5A3A09B3097F002C8C12AF7F94B396CA
at com.pega.pegarules.session.internal.PRSessionProviderImpl.doWithRequestorOrThreadLocked(PRSessionProviderImpl.java:2143)
We could see these errors on access of PRServlet Url of our application.

First of all, you are running Pega 7.1.6 as well? The hotfix itself does not seem to fix anything but dumping out more details. What resolution details are you looking for?
