Platform Upgrade - Admin Password Reset
We don't have the credentials to the [email protected] account, and have seen responses saying this can be done via an update. In the upgrade documentation (https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/pega-platform-84-upgrade-guide-apache-tomcat-and-microsoft-sql-server-0 pg 40) we see:
"2. Use the following credentials to log in the first time:
•User ID — [email protected]
•Password — the password you set when you installed"
Is this the "password you set when you installed" the original installation password, or the upgrade installation password? / Is there a chance to reset the account during a platform upgrade?
