Persisting Logs within Pega Pods running on Kubernetes

Hello, Can anyone help on how to persist the Pega logs and Tomcat logs from Pega pods running on Kubernetes using helm charts when any pod crashes automatically.

I'm part of a team which manages some internal clusters, we use EFK for the logfiles which is mentioned here

EFK – Elasticsearch-Fluentd-Kibana is a standard logging stack that is provided as an example to help you get started. If your Kubernetes environment provides a logging stack, such as OpenShift or EKS, you can disable this deployment and use the native logging.
