Persistent Workbasket filters

Hello,

We have the below requirement-

In the WorkBasket view for list of cases we have the option of filter by column enabled. Now, when a user selects a number of filters (eg - Case ID values, transaction date etc) the screen displays only those cases with matching values.

The requirement is, we need to make these filters persistent i.e when the user chooses to refresh the WorkBasket view, the filter values should stay back. And the case list should update with new cases but with the filter conditions.

Hi Bidyun,

If you want the grid to be refreshed , then List->Refresh List action will help to retain the filters.
