Permission to download Pega PE

I am working for the Department of Services Australia as a System Architect and am seeking for your permission to download a latest copy of Pega PE for developing proof of concept prototyping.

If your organization is a PEGA partner, i don't think you need any permission or so.. You can download the PE from the below path

Support - > Resources - > Download PEGA Software
