Perform/review harness is not showing any content
Hi,
I have created the GoGoRoad application with CaseType- Assistance Request. When I create a case for it, nothing is getting displayed, no complete/Submit action, no stages section(which shows which stage we are in). I have observed the same behavior for another CaseType which i created with only one step. It looks the issue is related to the harness display and corresponding sections are not getting displayed. Please see the screenshot attached.
I am doing the exercise on the Pega provided cloud based Exercise system.
Can you please help on this.

Can you open the section and harness in Design Studio to preview them in design time? Can they be displayed well?
During the run time, using the tracer to check if there are any error. Also PegaRules Log may have errors in it too. It will give you some hints.

Thanks for posting the query.
Please capture the network trace when trying to create a case and compare with any other pega instance where you are able to see the case details. Also, open the Live UI and check if there any visibility conditions of the related sections.
