Performing Keystrokes on text emulators
Hi All,
I am trying to perform key strokes like F10, F7,F8 and Tab on a mainframe system.Can anybody guide me to achieve this task?Is there a KeyStroke method that I can use to implement this?

Once you have interrogated the screen within the text adapter, you will see methods for SendKeys at both the screen level and the adapter level. At the screen level, you'll have specific methods to call for each of the function keys as well as Enter.

Hi, any suggestions on how to troubleshoot when the SendKeys methods do not work for functional keys like Tab? I have an automation where values can be input but function keys will not perform. Thanks!

Hi All, I was working in a client project recently where the POV was built by a person hired by Pega and my team was doing production support and enhancements after he left.There was a complain from the users that their keyboard is getting in to non responsive state.I posted this on PDN and asked whether there can be a connection between sendkays and keyboard freezing.
Another Pega resource came to do code review and his suggestion was there can be a connection in between and replace SendKeys with SetText and Enter on Mainframe screens where applicable.
