SendKeys vs ExecuteScript to simulate keystrokes
I am researching my option in OpenSpan 7.* for using something like ExecuteScript or SendKeys. I cannot find SendKeys in My options of methods nor can I find an example of how to define a javascript function to send to execute script.
Can someone give me an example? From the looks of it, SendKeys would be perfect if it is available for Windows 7. Please advise.

If you need to use sendkeys for a web application it can be found on the web frame not on a page.

Sorry for my delay. I am too much of a newbie. Is there a video which includes an example of this? or an end-to-end training example? I have not identified how to differentiate these. so that I can get it functioning. An end-to-end example would work wonders. There is some small piece that I am missing.

Interrogate the IE Frame (see example of google.com in IEFrame image)

I recognize that I can do this but I do not see how to send the sendkey command to a specific object in that frame. This is where I am stumbling. There are 10 text fields in my frame.

First use focus method on the object (txtbox) on the page to send keys to. Then use the sendkeys method of the frame.
Example
txtFirstName>focus, IEFrame>SendKeys .... txtLastName>focus, IEFrame>SendKeys
