PegaCloud - Viewing logs from all nodes without creating SR
We have production environment with three web nodes.
I can login to load-balanced production URL and review the current logs for the node that I am logged in.
However, logs from only one node are not enough to look into production issues. How can I view logs for the other two nodes?
As shown in the attached picture SMA also does not allow downloading of the logs as individual nodes are not accessible.

Hi ,
Please raise an one time ticket asking an access to the AWS cloud where the logs are saved for each node.
Here you can access all historical logs for each node
We had the same issue and GCS has given access to AWS account.

Can you please share the Production URL so that we can validate and provide you appropriate support.
Pega provided AWS S3 account access to download logs for legacy customers. However if you are on 2.x cloud architecture then the logs can be viewed via Kibana.
