PegaCHAT Provisioning issue- Something went wrong
Hi Team,
I am not able to 'register company' while setting up PegaCHAT.
When we try to Register Company, we get “Oops! Something went wrong”.(Screenshot attached) We can’t find any logs or error message.
Every time we try registering the company, company name gets updated in mongodb collection, but above error is thrown on PegaCHAT page. When we hit "Resend Account Details", the email is not dispatched.
I could send mail from terminal through smtp.
Also came across this issue:https://collaborate.pega.com/question/pegachat-provisioning-register-company-not-working but it's not related to our installation.cause same smtp configuration has worked for pega co-browse configuration.
Need immediate help on this. Thanks!

The config.Json has not been configured properly.Fixing the same resolved the SR.

Hi Kousik,
Generally we see this issue for wrong config of Mail server , but in this case it worked for cobrowse and also there are no logs ,
Could you please raise an SR for this as there are no logs only a screenshare might work here.

We had issue in the smtp configuration tag in the config.json
it worked when we deleted auth tag
Facing another issue regarding same installation of Pega Chat as the server list is not populating. Might be cause of missing UDFs. Raised SR-B88845 for the same.
