Does PEGA support tracer viewer tool (Attached) or this is managed externally?

Hi,

I dont think this tool is supported, these tools are provided as opensource initiative and are available on github (https://github.com/pegasystems/pega-tracerviewer) along with many other tools,

in case you are having a issues/queries on this tool, you could ask them on the community or raise it on the github project issues page
