Pega Survey Rulesets unavailablity in PUI7.23

Hi All,

We are updating our existing application from Pega7.1.9 to Pega7.2.2 and also PUI 7.14 to PUI 7.23.

Earlier in PUI 7.14 Pega Survey were used, but from PUI 7.22 Pega Survey were not supported.

So, the existing functionalities which refers Pega Survey are not working after Update and facing issue like Pega Survey Rule set Not Available.

Kindly let any one suggest the solution to resolve this Issue?

Hi,

We stopped the usage of PegaSurvey ruleset from PUI 7.23 as part of the architecture design decisions. From PUI 7.23 and further releases, we will not be shipping PegaSurvey rulesets and requested customers to unplug it from the ruleset stack if there are no active use cases on top of PUI application in case of upgrades from the previous releases. If there are any usages of PegaSurvey on top of PUI applications then it is mandatory to get proper license to use it but IIF and PUI do not contain any usage of PegaSurvey ruleset.
