Pega Survey Issue post upgrade

Hello,

We have recently upgraded from 7.1.9 to 7.4. Post upgrade, none of the pega survey rules are opening properly. Questions pages are present in the respective RSVs but are missing in the survey landing page(see PFA)...Is this a product bug? Issue with the upgrade?

Any timely thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated?

In Pega 7.4, the survey functionality is built-in instead of being provided as a separate product to install. 

There are a couple of items in the release notes regarding the survey functionality.
