OOTB we still do not have this capability to unsubscribe. But I think you can achieve the similar functionality by having a listener at the PRPC end. Whenever user clicks on the Unsubscribe button, we can open a new mail compose window and can prompt user to send the mail. The mail's subject can contain the Unsubscribe and the Survey/Work object ID. This mail can be used in the Listener to read. The listener can process this mail by fetching the user's mail id and the work object id. It can just remove the mail id from the subscriber list of the survey.

We have a kind-Of-similar implementation, the way Approval by Email works in the product, which you can use as a reference for your custom implementation.

Is it possible to open the new compose reply email window while user clicks on unsubscribe button/link from the email body?

If it is possible, then can you please suggest the steps. Because our application version is PEGA V7.1.7.

Also the email is being sent from the other system. We are generating the XML and send the XML to third party to send the email. Also the same thing will be triggered from the SMS as well means unsubscribe link will be there in the SMS. If user clicks on this link then control comes back into PEGA.

Please let us know the feasibility as early as possible.

If the above mentioned requirement is possible in PEGA V7.1.7, please let me know the steps asap. If this is not possible then also let me know because it is an urgent requirement. Feasibility should be informed to our client. Waiting for the reply.
