PEGA Survey - Escape Character Error on Radio Button Matrix
There is an error in PEGA Survey (version 8.1) - Radio Button Matrix - when the column names have a BRACKET i.e. "(" and ")". I am assuming it is an escape character error.
If I have a column name with brackets, the matrix will not allow me to capture the selection. The screen just refreshes and the radio button selection is lost.

I am also working on PEGA Surveys and the Radio Button Matrix. I also experienced the same error. It seems to be an Escape Character issue as you pointed out. Hope the Product team takes cognisance of this.

Since this seems to be a product issue, I would suggest you raise an SR for this for further investigation.
