Pega Sales Automation supports email synchronization with Microsoft Exchange, allowing sales managers and sales representatives to sync their Microsoft Exchange emails with Pega Sales Automation.

This feature enables emails to be automatically stored as corresponding work objects in Pega Sales Automation, allowing sellers to act on the information as a team and receive guided selling insights from each email. To synchronize your email, you can follow the steps provided in the reference document titled "Manage email and calendar"
