Pega RPA solution performance slowness after security patching
Hello,
We're in a Citrix environment and after a few security patches in September, we're experiencing performance slowness when running our RPA solutions. Has anyone encountered this issue? It seems to help when we perform one patch at a one and then reboot the server. Unfortunately, the slowness issues are back after we completed out October security patches. We think VMware might be causing the issue, but we're not sure.

@CharlesT4128 I have heard some security patches slow down the machines that bots (or users) run on; however, I haven't seen any specifically that cause Runtime to behave any differently (assuming they don't cause an issue preventing Runtime from working at all). This is likely an issue with your environment rather than Runtime specifically. If you are not running the latest Pega Native Foundation (PNF), then this might be something you apply and test with first. You can acquire the latest PNF by downloading the latest version of Runtime or Studio. The installer for PNF is in the zip file. It can be applied independently of any updates to Runtime or Studio, so you do not need to update those unless you'd prefer to.
If that doesn't resolve your issue, then I would suggest contacting our support team. They can setup a meeting with you to collect environmental information and attempt to determine the cause of the performance issues.
