Pega Robotics Studio 8: users "starting" robotic processes
When a case is routed to a robotic work queue (and also when the robot VM has already picked up the work and is processing it), the assignment can still be picked up from the Review Harness and moved downstream by a human operator:
- A "Begin" button appears which when clicked allows the user to "Submit" it
- In the "Actions" menu, "Complete This Item" (sorry it's japanese in my image) appears which does the same thing
Obviously this action is not desirable - why is it there by default and is there a standard best practice for disabling it? Or do we have to set our own security rules?

This issue has been handled on Mesh and offline, and fixed by hotfix for two versions.

My thoughts would be that the operator working the case should not have access to the robot queue. They should not have access to continue the case after it has been routed to the robot queue. I am thinking this would just be a change with their Access Group.
