Pega Robotics Minimize Excel Window
I would like to be able to minimize (or push to the back) an Excel window. There does not appear to be a minimize method on the Excel component.
The reason I want this behavior is that during Testing I am recording the robot so I can later review the recording to help diagnose any problems with occurred during the test. When the Excel window is displayed it blocks out the application windows which prevents seeing the application activity.
I do not want to turn visibility off because there are times I will pause the robot to check on its progress.
I can't change the order the applications open to have excel go first because it is opened and closed during the run.
I can't rearrange the windows so they do not overlap with Excel because there are several applications in play and they are already pretty hard to read as is.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The excel connector doesn't work the exact same way an adapter does so there's no property or method to change the window. You might be able to interrogate Excel as a windows adapter for the sole purpose of changing the window. http://help.openspan.com/80/Components/Excel_File_Connector_Properties,_Events,_and_Methods.htm

To interrogate Excel, you'll need to set the adapter Start property to MonitorAll as the adapter will not be what is actually starting Excel. You could then interrogate the outermost form and minimize that.
