Opening Excel File (Pega Robotics)

All,

I have a simple automation part which simply opens up an excel file, which previously worked as expected (opening the excel file). All of a sudden this has broken and is displaying the following error message. (See attached)

Please can someone advise how this is fixed and the cause of the issue.
