Pega Robotics 8.0 does not recognize web site that opens from another program (Citrix)

Hello, I'm trying to map a site that opens a Web program installed on the computer, but when I open the screen program the interrogation does not recognize as window, continues to recognize the window behind which is the internet page. How do I map the front window? (Citrix Program)
