Pega Robotic Capability
I have this requirement where we need robot to check the values on web application screen and validate with values on case. If they are not matching, the bot needs to change the values by clicking the edit option on the UI. Is this achievable through RPA?

So first you need to install Robot manager in pega platform and make necessary changes to be able to connect to RPA platform.required details in below link.

Then you can write an automation with robot activity and use cases automation shape (case api)to fetch required case details from pega platform into automation.you can then interrogate the web application for required fields and then compare the field values with values from case API .
If there is a discrepancy bot can go back to web application click the edit I on andp on the values from case api

Yes. We have done the same.
It's pretty easy if you are already using Robot Mangager integration. Are you bots integrated (passing data back and forth) with the platform?
In this case, we either define the data to be passed to the robot thru the RobotActivity or alternatively we can fetch case data using the Cases API.
