Has anyone been able to get the Pega Robotic Automation Architect Essentials course to work completely with Windows 10, either version 1703 or 1709 of Windows? I had been excited to take this course as my client has implementations of OpenSpan. The original installation for the course failed to bring up the Interrogation Form dialog box for Windows application with Studio version 8.0.1045. This I was able to fix for Studio version 8.0.1045 by moving to Windows 1709. However, this version is not able to interrogate web applications. For web applications, I get the same Interrogation Form dialog box as for Windows applications. I should get a web version of the Interrogation Form dialog box with the Create Global Web Page checkbox and some additional interrogation options in the dropdown. Instead, I get the same version as for a Windows application, no checkbox and only three items to select in the dropdown. Worse, I am not able to interrogate the web page. I can create only one generic control per web page. If I move the target over any textbox or button I get the response, "The Control control is already created." I upgraded to version Studio version 8.0.1063 but I get the same behavior, "The Control control is already created." On the recommendation of Robotics Support, I have whitelisted Robotics Studio with my antivirus/firewall and also made sure I used the exe and not the msi to install Robotics Studio. I went a step farther and reinstalled Windows 10. I only have Robotics Studio and CRM running as applications now. Has anyone gotten any of the recent versions of studio linked to the course to work? Any help would be appreciated?
