Pega Robot Manager - Connected to multiple pega instance
Has anyone used Robot Manager to configure more than one pega platform. Our current setup has Pega Financial Services and Pega Customer Servicing on separate stacks (Data schema's are different, meaning assign work tables are separated). Just wondering if it works with two separate platforms or should we install robot manager on these platforms separately?

Hello,
Yes, this is essentially what we have proposed and currently building for a large enterprise. The control and implications will be different whether you'd be doing RPA or RDA but the idea is the same. You have just one Robot Manager controlling and monitoring all your robots, assignments and queues.
Could you add more details on what are you trying to do?

We have two different instances of Pega (completely different DB). We are managing enterprise layer across both platforms. SLA's for both platforms are different, now we are venturing into Robotics and want a robot manager centralised to manage both RDA and RPA bots across both platforms, including assignments and queues etc. Exactly what you said above.
Is this in the product roadmap or you are building a custom dashboard and api's to achieve this?
