Pega Remainder
Requirement:
There is a Case in a user's Worklist and the user starts working on it. Additional documentation is required and the user requests the customer to mail the required missing documents.
Can pega remind the user to check back on the case after 2 weeks? Like "Remainder: Decision pending on C-123. Check if missing documents are received from the customer."

After the user requests the customer to mail the required missing documents, add a wait shape to wait for 2 weeks and add an assignment to the user to check if the documents have been received from the customer.
