PEGA to read file from Box folder
User will place the file to box folder from PEGA. We need to read the file and create a case?
and also let me know please how the connectivity between BOX and PEGA works?

Inbuild in Pega OOTB itself we are having few Box integration code.
If you want, you could build your own custom connect-rest rule to retrieve document content from Box Folder.
