Which version of Pega are you using? Can you also share screenshots for same?

We keep changing pulse view from release to release in our UI Kit version. Just wanted to know which one are you using right now.

In Pega v7.2.2, the pulse is auto hidden in right pane with a pulse icon displayed and it is shown to user once the click on the icon happened.

Earlier to Pega 7.2.2, the pulse is displayed at the bottom of the case details by default it is visible all the time.

So i tried to customize it in order to achieve default collapse and attached the use case document, which needs further customization in order to completely achieve the collapse functionality of Pulse display.

Hope this might help you in proceeding further to achieve your requirement.

I want to know more about the distinguish between private and public

Public posts as the name suggests are public/visible to all and will be shown in the dashboard.

Private posts only stay in Case context. So if you make a private post in a Case, it will be visible only to those who can view the case.

We have deprecated this private/public behavior in new releases.
