Pega PRPC System Management War File

In Pega 8.2 version Installation zip file, the prSysMgmt war file is not present and due to which we dont have an UI to launch SMA in Pega 8.2. So is there any way we can have this isntallation done in Pega 8.2 version for Pega SMA on top of already installed version.

Please let me know.
