Pega PRPC Personal Edition 7.4 Integration with Jenkins
Guys,
I'm trying to integrate PRPC 7.4 edition with Jenkins 2.222.3 using Apache ant 1.10.8. I have referred few articles in the community before installation.
My issue is if i Install Jenkins on Tomcat which is perfect and then if i try to bring up PRPC it doesnt come up used to get below error message.
HTTP ERROR 404 Not Found URI: /prweb/PRServlet STATUS: 404 MESSAGE: Not Found SERVLET: Stapler Powered by Jetty:// 9.4.27.v20200227
If i start PRPC first and try to install Jenkins on the server, jenkins is not getting installed properly.
I have set below environment variables and path.
Variable - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_241 , C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_241, C:\Users\pb18\Documents\DevOps\apache-ant-1.10.8-bin
Path - %ANT_HOME%\bin , %JRE_HOME%\bin;%JRE_HOME%\bin\server;
Please let me know how to possibly resolve the issue.

It is likely that the two applications(pega and Jenkins) are competing for the same ports and so only one of the applications is running, the one started first. I would recommend, launching the applications using two different tomcat instances. Or for Jenkins use the embedded application server.

Can you check the tomcat logs for errors during start up. Depending on the errors you are seeing you may need to make changes to your configuration to make it work.
