Error with Jenkins Integration Export
I am attempting to use the prpcServiceUtils to import and export applications using Jenkins. I have been able to import an application from a RAP stored on the local file system, but have not been able to export the application successfully.
I am not seeing any errors within the PegaRules log. I only receive the following from Jenkins:
opt/prpc/prpcServiceUtils_73/scripts/utils/prpcServiceUtilsWrapper.xml:180: The following error occurred while executing this line:
/opt/prpc/prpcServiceUtils_73/scripts/utils/prpcServiceUtilsWrapper.xml:198: Java returned: 1

attach the complete export log that will help to check the info line where it got stopped.
Do you have any idea , what could be the size of expected export archive? It is taking almost 435 sec.

To troubleshoot the issues with the Jenkins automation to perform export/import you can follows below steps:
- If your prpcServiceUtils media gets corrupted during the bad copy or some changes to the properties files then it will stop executing the build very quickly which has been noticed earlier. So make sure you try with the latest downloaded prpcServiceUtils media.
- If you are using Pega 7.3 application then make sure you have downloaded the appropriate utils media from here at the bottom of the page as its version specific.
- Now the next step would be to configure your jenkins-build.xml file correctly which can be referred in my blog over here.
- You can have a look into the logs available in Jenkins/workspace/[JenkinsJob]/*
- You can make sure the exported zip file will be generated in your PegaTemp/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport directory initially then it will be copied into your prpcServiceUtilsMedia/destination and Jenkins/workspace/[JenkinsJob]/EXPORT_yyyy-MMM-dd folder.
- You can login to your source system try to get an additional error message using Log-PegaRemoteManagement-Export class instance of the particular export task, which is explained over here.
