Pega Open Span support for SOAP and REST services
Hi Team,
We are planning to consume web services in our automation project.
However as per openspan documentation for using ServiceClient component, only WSDL services are supported.
We need to consume couple of SOAP and REST services with us.
Need your suggestion on how to consume such services in our solution.

Hey Emraanullah,
I want to understand exactly what you are trying to do here. Could you go into a bit more detail about your end goal, what you are trying to accomplish, and why/how you wish to use SOAP and REST services?

A couple of thoughts here, if there is something that Pega/Openspan does not support, then you have the power of .NET/C# at your hands. You could utilize the Script Component or Capabilities that Openspan offers or you could create a Component in Visual Studio that could/can process your Service Requests (SOAP/REST) and then register and consume that Assembly within your Automation.
