pega open span runtime is not running at all. when i tried to run it. it is not at all launching.
Hi team,
I am facing an issue that pega robotics runtime is not working. when i clicked on pega runtime it not opening. i tried restarting the VM. Still it was an issue.
please help me to identify the issue with solution. thank you!

@DivyaB63 I would suggest enabling the FilePublisher in the RuntimeConfig and then examining the RuntimeLog.txt file created. I would update all log categories to level 4 (verbose). If you have your Runtime configured to connect to Robot Manager, Runtime will shut down if you do not have any packages assigned to you.
