Trying to add design name for the activity in a global container - open span

When I try to add the name of the activity , that is the design name the following error occurs and it fails.

Kindly guide me into resolving this.

Bargavi,

 

I have recreated the same setup locally on my machine and reviewed the design components locally. It seems that the error may be in reference to the global container having a null token value.

Please try deleting the container and re-adding the interaction manager and activity to a new global container to see if that fixes the error.
