PEGA OCR ABBY ICR requirements and use inside robotics
Hi :
We have a customer requirement to identify handwriten numbers in a RPA automation application. As far as we know PEGA includes OCR Screen fetures with ABBY Fine Reader and ABBY has ICR functionalities .
Does Pega Integration with Abby include the ICR out of the box ?
If not , Could it be added , licensed and supported ?
If so Will RPA Studio have acess to ICR API ?
Do you have any samples or guide about how to use this ?

Our integration with ABBY is not extended to their ICR capabilities nor the version shipped with our product is licensed for this capabilities. We don't have a plan on adding this feature to our product any time soon.
