Pega -For Non Pega Robotic Process Automation

Hi

I want to know still we need Pega for Non Pega application Robotic process automation?

Meaning I have RPA automation where need to automation non pega application process automation [say for example web application developed in JSP front end and EJB middle layer and back end oracle database] , I need to interrogate web pages and do automation also need to use bots [not desk top automation], in that case whether I need Pega ? since is non pega web application.s
