Automate the Build and deployment process for Pega Robotics

Hello,

I'm trying to automate the Build and deployment process for Pega Robotics (*ossln/*.osproj) files using Jenkins. It will be great If you can give some inputs regarding how to setup the process.

I've setup Jenkins integrated with MS-Build plugin and trying to build the osproj file but it is failing. I took some inputs from the post.

The other community post mentions you will need to have Robotics Studio Plug-In installed on the environment that already has Visual Studio 2015 (only supported version of Visual Studio for Robotics Plug-In) and change the solution name to .sln. Does this steps not work?

Hi Team,

I am able to run through cmd but not through jenkins.

i am using these 3 lines in .bat file.

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Pegasystems\Pega Robot Studio"
OpenSpan.Runtime.exe project="C:\Users\v.kowsalya\Desktop\BackupDeployedFiles\BackUp_Appian.OpenSpan"
exit /b 0

i dont want to build so i am not in need of MSbuild plugin. i just want to run the .Openspan as i am able to do it in cmd.

Openspan & manifest are in same path. i also installed a plugin named Robot Framework in jenkins.

Please guide.
