PEGA Marketing 7.13 Exercise System not working .

HI, 

I am trying to do the Excercise of Pega Marketing 7.13. 

I am using cloud instance for that, but when i enter the username and password it says the "information is in correct". 

Can any one tell how to use it in cloud instance. And also the video link is broken. From what i read from transcript it looks imp, so if possible someone provide some other alternate link to it.

Hi Guru, 

Tried everything but still its not working. I think our company firewall blocking it. I tried from my home its working fine. 
So no issues. Thanks for the help.

I'm sorry to hear that. Just verified the broken video and it works for me.

Hi Sarath

Can you please clear the browser cache and re-try to play the video.

Alternatively, can you try a different browser (e.g. IE instead of Chorme).
