Pega to JIRA integration issue

While integration from Pega 8.3 to JIRA.

Able to send request and not able to get the response. Here is the response below

 

Caught unhandled exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.http.conn.ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to jira.xxxx.com:443 [jira.xxxx.com/ip address] failed: connect timed out

Hi Venu,

Thanks for posting the query.

Can you please check whether you are able to connect to the other server where JIRA was resided using the ping <ipaddress> command from the command prompt. It seems some firewall/connectivity issue which blocks the connection.
