A case is created via email which has attachments. There is no assignment in my create stage(no form to be filled by user) .So case is created and goes straight to next stage and before it reaches assignment of 2nd stage I want to send an email with the attachments of the incoming email which created the case.

Since create stage does not have assignment there is no commit until I reach assignment at 2nd stage so Ido not get these attachments to send in email.

So it appears end shape does not commit. How can I achieve this? 

The alternative solution I could think is to add assignment in create stage so it commits and  SLA of 1 sec which advances the flow.

Any other solution to accomplish this without having to use SLA
