I am exploring Pega FATCA capabilities and wanted to check how frequently the tax validations etc keep updating as per latest IRS guidelines.

In non Pega soultions,we use Markit (MD3) for tax validation guidelines against various tax forms like W8, W9 etc. If this is already inbuild in PEGA KYC framework and we don't need to go to third party websites for these kinds of validations. Please share more details around this .
