Pega database movement from one server to another server

Hello,
We are planning to move our Pega application and database from one server to another server.
In the new server we have to follow different database naming convention (for an example in the old server DB name is PEGAUAT but in new server DB name should be PEGADB).
Could you please advise what is the best way to do this?

Pega Version: 7.4
RDBMS version: SQL Server 2016

You can take a backup and restore in new server.
Or you need to use tools that your Database provider may be providing to do so.
