Pega Customer Journey and Journey Visualizer
Hi,
We have created a customer journey for All issues/ All groups i.e. without adding any specific actions for each stage.
By doing this the backend decision data's do not get updated as expected. We have a huge product catalogue and it will be good to understand how do we configure journeys for all issues/ all groups and how to maintain the decision data JourneyAction.
Also , the journey visualizer only picks up the results on last stage, probably becasue how the components are configured in "JourneyWeightAndPredictors" strategy.
Please suggest if this is expected.

I'm facing a similar issue where the last stage is getting executed when the entry criteria are not there and this seems to be the expected result.
For our use case, where we need the Journey to flow in a specific order I tried the Pega Academy Challenge approach but that did not work for me.
Pega Academy Topic mentions a strategy but I could not find any documentation for the same.

@Viplav Could you share the strategy detials mentioned in Academy topic? We are still stuck with this issue and from my analysis it is due to the OOTB startegy logic in "JourneyWeightAndPredictors".
