pega cssa v7.2 virtual machine (VM) exercise is very slow

Hi, If I access pega cssa v7.2 virtual machine (VM) exercise, the application is becoming very slow. Not able to create any new rule. Please help me if any configuration changes are needed.

The performance of the VM is heavily dependent on the host machine resources. Please close all non-essential applications and release as much RAM as possible, and ensure your anti-virus is not actively scanning the VM files. Alternatively, if you suspect that it is an issue with the VM, please re-extract a new copy from the downloaded .zip file.
