Interrogation is very slow

Whenever i am trying to interrogate, i am getting the below message and the rematching is very slow.

InterrogationService.GetDelayFromAdvancedConfiguration : AdvancedConfiguration property file is completely empty.

The bull eye icon also flickers constantly saying Rematching in progress.

Can anyone please help me with this.

I am using 8.0.1090.0 version
