Pega CRM, Outlook Plug-in

Hi All,

I'm using Pega CRM 7.14, and installed outlook add-in. Special pega button appeared in outlook, and by pressing it I see login window to pega. I've created user in prpc, pointed it to an access group with SFAOutlook default portal. But still, I can't login using this user from outlook. I tried different applications in my access group, but the error is the same - "check login & password".

I don't know the exact error, in logs I don't see any lines regarding failure logins. Is it possible to raise one of the loggers so I can see details ?
