Pega Chat

I have installed pega platform and CRM application and also configured pega chat on a different computer with different database, redis and node. Now trying to configure the pega chat with pega platform. I was able to configure it but getting error when trying to invoke chat option from CRM application " You don't have a chat account on this host"

Can anyone tell me what is needed? I don't have design studio. But dev studio and admin studio are working in pega platform

Hello,

How many Pega Customer Service instances do you have just one? Because I believe for each pegaCS instance there should a unique pega chat account i.e unique privateAPIKey.
